More than 10 lakhs of Indians took CWE or Common Written Examination but only 1 lakh people managed to get through the Bank PO examination. The CWE is a national wide examination which has been conducted by an autonomous body named by  IBPS. IBPS orInstitute ofBanking Personnel Selection is a unique body which conducts the examination. CWE is the only national examination which offers a direct way to get into a bank job. This examination will give a direct way to have a clerk or probationary officer’s job. This examination test the candidate capability in analytical skills by hosting questions on mathematics, english, reasoning, computer and general knowledge. It is also to analyze communication skills . Nineteen public sector banks are associated with this examination.

We as a team of  (India’s 1st free portal to practice over 16000 questions) conduct an interview session only for successful candidates.

The candidate who got through the CWE said that he/she gave their best in preparing for the examination for the past eight months, it is still unbelievable it but the hard work payed off for Candidates,  who has ability to take the examination that will be placed in any of the 19 public sector banks. Group discussion and Personal interviews are the  main two hurdles throughwhich they have to overcome in order to seal their fate.

Candidates, who didn’t make it in this year where now extremely disappointed by cursing their fate. However, some who were optimistic and they were stubborn to accept their failure and have their confidence for the next year examination.  CWE is not at all the toughest examination but it requires good preparation, which showed on the faces of those who failed to get their name on the list.

IBPS, on the other hand said that this was the first time that they were recruiting about  1 lakh candidates from CWE examination, which we wish every selected candidate gets the job.”
